Current President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, who on 17 March 2024 was elected once again on a corrupt ballot, met with Kim Jung Un of South Korea face-to-face in Pyongyang, North Korea's capital, to discuss implementing a military alliance between the two countries.  They went ahead and did just so.

North Korea is a rogue country, hardly cooperating with the rest of the world.  Throughout the past few years (and the most recent time being late this May), North Korea has been flying ballistic missiles off its coast to test them.

Kim Jung Un has a personality cult "working" for him in North Korea, as its 26 million person population yearns for freedom and an open relationship with the entirety of the world by opening its borders while countries far and wide open their borders and enter into a global citizenry, which looks like a golden citizenry, that consists of all people being active members of the global community, involved in International Non-Profit Non-Governmental-Organizations (NGOs) and being responsive and helpful to other members of the broad polity of Israel, the one-world nation.
