I am personally stricken and the people in my archaically-predestined esoteric and entrenched and clandestine inner-circle are in awe of that which of which is my utmost and utter and complete and control-driven and even purposive greed and also the total and complete privation of noble or ethical aims regarding the phenomenal and outrageous extent of my selfish and all-encompassing morally egregious wealth acquisition that I attain in meteoric and sums that show the greatness of my book, all of the four of us in total disregard in terms of all collateral, no matter how phenomenal and egregious the collateral may be—even the total scaffoldings and edifices, or terraces, of world governments—along with the public-displays we embolden of adoration for my name and my fame, all which contain with striking resoundingness and spectacular finesse in terms of showmanship within, all of those heretofore proclaimed thusly, thusly proclaimed, things.  (Total joke.)
