"U.S. Lawmakers Under the Radar of Trump Retaliations"

BRIGHTON, NY--Since taking office, Trump has made it his business to sack innumerable public officials, including in the U.S. Agency for International Development, which has downsized from 10,000 to 15 employees, now located in the State Department. Why have there been so many cuts to government employment? It tends to progress in terms of positions that President Trump does not find to meet his wishes for the use of government get slashed, and people who voice points of view he differs from get cut from government office.
One of the senators from Alaska spoke out to some of her constituents, stating that the U.S. public officials are "afraid" of retribution and dismissal in response to not thoroughly following the presidents lead and public policies. This is leading to a more acquiescent Congress in regards to the president's demands, and people in office have to use more discretion to speak up or to dissent from the White House's prevailing view. This senator went on to suggest that the Congress must follow the lines of the president, or else they could face castigation. This creates havoc and puts far greater power in the president's hands than is supposed to be there under the law of the land of the United States of America, as Congress, the legislative branch, is intended to be an equal and balancing power branch as the executive branch.
So-- as it seems, Congresspeople are scared and do not know how to voice their constituents viewpoints without teetering and tottering in front of a volatile, debasing commander-in-chief.
... two times in his last term in the White House, President Trump faced impeachment charges in Congress. With President Trump levying his hand over his federal employees, rather than turn inward in fear and discouragement, it is better that they stand up and speak forth of the necessity of law and order, and raise countermeasures that are selectively necessary for any Congress to use when the president gets out of line... Congress needs to double down that they will hold President Trump accountable to the law of the land, as all are equal under law.
If the president does not allow dissent or disagreement from his positions, he is siphoning out Congressional democratic talk, debate, and compromise. This is not lawful of a president to do.
So if Congress is scared of carrying out the job they are meant to be doing under law, it is necessary that they show their teeth, and carry out their duty under law, democratic talk, debate, and compromise; and if instead of being scared of the president, they must prevail, endure and be ready to use countermeasures to his 'my way or the highway' bargain, and be ready to bring about his obstinance and intransigence to its lawful ends, an impeachment from office. And, given that Senators are scared of President Trump-- perhaps we are close to seeing that scenario. U.S. Senators are usually some of the bravest people in the world; and here we are, seeing them afraid of waving the red, white, and blue flag and speaking up for their congressional district, due to the president's lack of willingness to not go along with the president, regardless of cost or stance.
