President Xi Jinping of China has consolidated power in the Communist Party, making himself General Secretary of the Communist Party, along with President, which in the U.S. would be equivalent to serving as both president and your own chief of staff, and now he is whitewashing his country’s history by systemically changing their national and cultural identity via changing history books.
